Spinal Adjustments
The spine is the center of your body and any misalignment can cause pain or discomfort in other areas of the body. Proper spinal alignment ensures nerves stemming from the spine are not blocked, reduces chances of inflammation and that back muscles are not being overworked.
Spinal adjustments typically take about 30-45 minutes and cost is $50* *Cash at time of payment (see accident page)
Muscle Therapy
Massage is not only beneficial for reducing the stress of of having an injury, but can also be helpful in reducing discomfort from back pain. Massage is an excellent supplement to your chiropractic care routine because loosens and relaxes the muscles, improves circulation and decreases muscle tension and stiffness. Our massage therapists are experts in restorative massage to aid in your injury healing process. **(See accident page)

Headache Relief
Chronic headaches can be caused by a variety of triggers. Dr. Josh works with patients to identify those triggers and create an individualized, comprehensive care plan for relief. These treatments plans may include a series of spinal adjustments, dietary changes, targeted stretching exercises, massage sessions, supplement recommendations, acupuncture treatments as well as posture & ergonomic changes.
Sports Injuries & Care
Chiropractic care is an excellent choice of treatment for athletes and those who are physically active because its non-invasive and drug free. In addition to reducing pain, proper alignment can enhance athletic performance and prevent sports injuries from occurring in the first place. In addition to spinal adjustments, Dr. Josh provides athletic care through education and application of:
- Targeted Stretching Exercises
- Kinesio Tape Application Strategies
- Dietary & Supplement Plans
Acupuncture
Acupuncture can help stimulate your body’s natural painkillers & can be a helpful supplement to your chiropractic care routine or used for a variety of other ailments from allergies to stress. Dr. Josh has been certified in acupuncture since 2009 and understands the healing benefits when used along side chiropractic care.
