Dr. Josh is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, enhance performance, and stay pain-free.

As a chiropractor, coach, and parent of young athletes, Dr. Josh understands the demands of sports on the body—both from personal experience and from the sidelines.

With a specialized focus on hockey players, runners, and kettlebell athletes, Dr. Josh combines hands-on chiropractic care with evidence-based techniques, including kinesiologic taping, muscle therapy, acupuncture, and mobility work.

With a deep passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation, Dr. Josh works with athletes of all levels to recover stronger and stay in the game

longer. Whether treating acute injuries or developing personalized injury prevention strategies, Dr. Josh is committed to

keeping patients moving at their best.

When not in the clinic, you’ll find Dr Josh coaching, cheering on his 3 kids, or enjoying and early morning skate followed by a great kettlebell session.

Dr. Josh is University of St. Thomas Alum and Graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Following graduation he pursued his patient for joint recover by completing the Diplomate in Orthopedics program.
